PicSell Platform LLC is a company that built the PicSell AR application, as a free and generally available mobile application, provided to users through App Store and Google Play platforms. Usage of this application is provided as a no cost Service and is intended for use as is.

In order to display users’ pictures in AR and save screenshots, PicSell AR application may also require the users to allow for an access to internal device memory, i.e. picture gallery. Only pictures selected by users are later used in the application.

Personal information described above is not retained on user device nor transferred outside the user device. It is used solely on user device to allow for the above listed functionalities and only during the time they are used.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we may collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics used for app diagnostics. In any case collected log data are not transferred outside of the user device.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use “cookies”.
